
Presentation Entitled “From Predator to Prey”
This author presentation is highly emotional, encompassing, and leaves a long lasting impact on families, youth, teens, and young adults.
The main focus of the presentation is an in depth introduction into the background circumstances, public awareness, and internal struggles of child neglect and abuse and how it often leads to bullying.
The core concentration of this presentation is to educate and magnify the awareness and understanding of how an intelligent and introverted youth can drastically change from a shy and cautious juvenile to a young adult confident in his own recklessness. “From Predator to Prey” speaks of the drastic changes one can go through when there is an abundance of low self-esteem, confusion, and anger.
In the end it becomes clear how easy it is for a bullied timed young adults to change into a reckless and often dangerous bullies.

Presentation Entitled “Trapped in Adolescence”
This author presentation allows the audience to experience the very real and private emotions and selfish desires of a young teenager looking to destroy himself and everyone around him.
With the overwhelming negative results from bullying in and out of the home as the main focus of this presentation, the audience is brought directly into a real life situation of a young adult teetering on suicide and revenge. This presentation is very straight forward and direct and often delivers some very strong mental images of just how far a youth will go when they have decided that their own life is worthless and more so; the lives of everyone around them are just as insignificant.
Based on his life experience, Richard discusses the desperation of wanting to “belong” and the need to be “different.” Faced with the stigma and labels placed on him by his family, community, friends, and classmates Richard faced the incredibly real decision to take his own life. Richard shows that not all such desperate acts are a “cry for help”; some are also a real desire to destroy.
From the very beginning to the last word, this discussion gives the audience a chance to reflect, look back, and even re-experience some of those “awkward” and “embarrassing” events that are often burned into the memories we carry as adults.
The discussion lasts between 1 and 1½ hours depending on the audience and is geared towards ages 15 and up.

Presentation Entitled “Alone in the Crowd”
This author presentation brings the audience face to face with the realism of a young adult being alone, depressed, and willing to do anything to change it.
This is an adult focused presentation and is a very strong and influential speech.
Richard uses direct integration with the audience and challenges the listeners to participate in a frank and original discussion.

Presentation Entitled “In The mirror”
This author presentation is directly related to drug and alcohol abuse within the teen and young adult community.
Based on a real life review, this presentation is focused towards the adult point of view and how we often look at our teens with the wrong focus.
